Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will contribute to strengthening the growth of our brand Amaris Consulting in Medellin. You wiil be supporting ur recruitment activies as **Talent Acquisition Specialist.** **Your main responsabilities**_:_** - Qualification and treatment of the needs transmitted by the hiring managers. - Pre-selection interviews through phone calls. - Follow-up of the recruitment process. - Direct approach and promotion of Mantu on job boards & social networks. - Benchmark of recruitment process. - Improving our job offer contents. - Active participation in recruitment meetings. **Qualifications**: - At least 1 year of experience as recruiter (in IT preferable). - Excellent communications skills in English and Spanish. - Have finished a bachelor and big interest for recruitment. - Medellín based or open to relocate. - You are curious, with a proactive mindset - Proactive and team player attitude
