Job Title We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to lead and develop a culture of excellence. This position develops, implements, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to support growth and improved customer satisfaction through operations improvement that includes, but are not limited to safety, customer value proposition, quality, productivity, delivery, cycle reduction, waste elimination and growth, margin expansion, and inventory. This role is responsible for leading lean maturity and development, capacity and capability roadmap and planning, coaching teams on the CORE Maturity system, and supporting each team to develop a roadmap, ensuring improvements are linked to business needs. Additionally, this role will facilitate the necessary events/activities to deliver value to our customers to create self-sufficiency. Key responsibilities include: - Leading LEAN maturity and development, capacity and capability roadmap and planning - Coach teams on the CORE Maturity system, support each team to develop a roadmap, ensure improvements are linked to business needs. - Support the development of skills and capabilities are available to support site transformation plans. - Facilitate the necessary events/activities to deliver value to our customers to create self-sufficiency. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience. Proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) is required, as well as U.S. citizenship.
