The head office is located in Montreal and we have offices in Canada, the United States and Europe (Cyprus, Georgia and Ukraine). **Our product**: A trailblazer in the clip marketplace delivering authentic content from studios to consumers worldwide. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines. - Identify and report content that violates safety standards, community guidelines, or legal requirements. - Follow established moderation procedures to maintain consistency in enforcement. - Meet accuracy and productivity targets while making fair and objective moderation decisions. - Escalate complex cases to senior moderators or policy teams when necessary. - Maintain confidentiality and privacy when handling sensitive content and user data. **REQUIREMENTS**: - Preferred: 6 months-1 year of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or related trust and safety fields. - Strong attention to detail and ability to review content that may include hate speech, fraud or misinformation/disinformation. - Basic understanding of content moderation tools, workflows, and community guidelines. - Awareness of cultural differences and their impact on online communities. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to document moderation decisions clearly. **We offer**: - Fair bonus system; - Paid vacation and sick leaves days; - Leading company in its field on the market (worldwide); - Learning and sport program; - Full remote work from home; - Cool & friendly team.
