Creating credibility and maintaining customers trust would be key for driving organization to reach sales growth with distributors and end users from the Oil&Gas; and mining industries. **Key responsibilities** - Elaborate strategic account planning: Determine scope, aim and priority of the accounts. - Maintain and enhance the experience of the accounts (Distributors and End customers). - Develop action plants to increase sales revenue as maintain current sales. - Design and develop a Key Account Plan by identifying business potential, competitors, value proposition and contact lists. - Build great relationships with decision-makers among key accounts. **YOU MUST HAVE** - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration with relevant sales experience. - At least 2 years’ experience in International Sales, managing and/or supporting commercial department in end user/distributor relationship. - Experience selling Gas Detection Portable devices or Industrial Safety portable devices. - Channel development and B2C sales experience. - Capability to communicate in English on professional settings. - Availability to travel nationally, inside Latin America and United States for training, internal meetings or visiting distributors, end customers and prospects (+50% of time). **KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS** - Knowledge in Consultative Sales. - Experience in gas detection devices. - Knowledge in CRM management for register of operations dealt with customers, prospects and distributors. **WE VALUE** - Consultative Selling - Strategic Key Account Planning - Salesforce CRM Experience **Additional Information**: - ** JOB ID**:HRD203886 - ** Category**:Sales - ** Location**:Cra 11ª # 98-50 Piso 7.
