This person will be responsible for tracking all revenue, account receivable, account payable and reporting directly to controller. The job requires that one works in tandem with controller to generate reports and facilitate internal controls.This position reports directly to Controller & CFO. Responsibilities: Review patient authorization for accuracy and completeness and obtain any missing information Ensure the coordinators solve the no punch issues each Monday morning Weekly Billing to insurers Review the Explain of Benefit and do AR reconciliation, prepare billing reconciliation reports Call insurance companies regarding any discrepancy in payments if necessary Investigate and correct Medicaid billing adjustments, prepare manual claims report Trace underpaid claims to appeal and follow up Dispute billing variances with vendors Communicate with staff coordinators and intake regarding variances in data Weekly preparation of the billing monitor report, revenue accrue report Establish efficiency standards and policies in dealing with insurance carriers Assist in the creation and maintenance of company's accounting procedures Collect Material Requisition form and process the orders online Collect the reimbursement form and process weekly for the reimbursement to staffs Organize invoices &receipts and send to controller Any other duties related to position Requirements Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or relevant field Excellent Excel skill 2 years in account experience Ability to Work Without Supervision Planning and Organization Teamwork Strong quantitative and analytical Knowledge onADP / Ontime is a plus Schedule: Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
