Your next challenge involves managing daily operations and strategic activities of our Security Operations Center. This role requires detecting, analyzing, and responding to cybersecurity threats in real-time to maintain cyber defense across all entities worldwide. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing SOC solutions across various countries and regions, monitoring and maintaining SOC infrastructure and tools, investigating security incidents and coordinating responses, collaborating with IT and security teams to optimize SOC processes, playbooks, and procedures, researching SOC best practices and emerging technologies, and providing technical support and guidance on SOC initiatives. To succeed in this position, you should have a bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field, be certified as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent, and have 5-8 years of experience in security operations or cybersecurity engineering, including experience leading cybersecurity projects and working with international stakeholders. You should also be skilled in SIEM tools like Splunk or Qradar and fluent in Spanish and English. This position reports to the CyberDefense Manager in Paris, France. The team includes SOC engineers and analysts.
