This remote contract role requires a professional with a solid technical background and 4+ years of project management experience who can effectively guide scrum teams, track progress via JIRA, and translate business goals into actionable development plans. The ideal candidate excels at bridging communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders and is confident running retrospectives and agile ceremonies. Key Responsibilities - Lead and support agile scrum teams to ensure successful project execution within timelines and budgets. - Utilize JIRA for sprint planning, tracking, reporting, and backlog management. - Facilitate agile ceremonies including stand-ups, retrospectives, planning, and reviews. - Gather and interpret technical and business requirements to support product specifications. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders across engineering, product, and leadership teams. - Monitor project status and proactively escalate potential issues or blockers. - Drive continuous process improvement through retrospective evaluations and lessons learned. - Collaborate with senior project managers and contribute to technical delivery strategies.
