Job Description As a Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating all shipments and proactively communicating with load management and carrier sales to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is met. You will work closely with the ESR Senior Manager to drive individual and team development, and collaborate with engineers to implement process changes and continuous improvements. You will have the opportunity to review current internal workflows to identify opportunities for automation and faster execution. Additionally, you will support board watch responsibilities and communicate roll requirements effectively. Your role will also involve managing the ESR PTO and Out-of-Office calendar to ensure proper account coverage. As a key member of the Enterprise Support team, you will contribute to the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and monitor team Zoom activity to support accountability and productivity. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, effective communication skills, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in an ESR role or a similar customer-facing position. They will be proficient in quoting, booking, scheduling, and managing extra charges within customer workflows, as well as possessing in-depth knowledge of Alice and all customer Transportation Management Systems (TMSs).
