About The Company Our client is an innovative SaaS startup focused on helping businesses optimize their pricing strategies through live price testing. Their platform allows companies to easily run pricing experiments on their websites without complex engineering work, helping them find the right price points that drive growth and maximize revenue. About The Position We’re looking for a Customer Success Representative with strong experience in customer support , ideally managing multiple clients simultaneously and handling reporting and client communications in an organized way. Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients. Use Slack and Discord for daily communication. Manage onboarding, understanding each client’s requirements and KPIs, and translating them into a custom content roadmap on Reddit. Collaborate with the team to develop Reddit content for clients based on their goals and audience. Must-Have Skills Deep understanding of Reddit – how the platform works, how to navigate communities, and how to create effective posts. Experience using AI tools to draft content – creating initial drafts using prompts and refining them based on client feedback. Strong written and spoken English – able to understand different niches and adapt content tone accordingly. Ability to ask the right questions and guide clients through the content strategy process. Additional Information This is a full-time role. One weekly call per client is expected. Prior experience managing multiple client accounts at once, especially on Reddit, is a big plus. Advanced level of English (both written and spoken) — clear, professional, and confident communication is a must. You’ll work closely with a small, collaborative team.
