Responsibilities - Proactively call and email current customers to introduce and explain Flexivan's 3 core service offerings. - Answer basic questions about how each product works and how to get started. - Maintain accurate records of outreach, interest, and next steps in the CRM. - Provide excellent communication and professionalism in every interaction, representing the brand with warmth and clarity.
