Opportunity Details Full Time Oracle Utilities Tester (C2M) (Colombia) We’re looking for an experienced Oracle Utilities Tester (C2M) to join our team in a 100% remote role. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in quality assurance and utility systems, who can lead end-to-end testing efforts across complex projects. You’ll be responsible for managing QA teams, driving test strategies, and ensuring high-quality delivery within time and budget constraints. Job Qualifications: 3+ years in a Test Lead, Delivery, Project Management (or equivalent) role, overseeing multiple team members 6+ years in professional Quality Assurance environments Experience in Utility systems (CIS, CC&B;, C2M, etc) Agile / Scrum software development methodology exposure Experience w/ a variety of modern testing suites Well organized and able to self-prioritize in a multi-tasking environment Job Responsibilities: End-to-end oversight of the testing effort to include test advocacy, scope definition within each release/delivery, and identification of testing metrics Build and manage one or more QA teams, deploy and manage testing resources, and resolve roadblocks to the testing process Assess engagement requirements and mold the testing approach accordingly Facilitate concise, effective communication on test quality between all project stakeholders and/or upper management.
