Design, configure, and manage robust CI/CD pipelines for ML projects and other software products. Automate development, testing, deployment, and operational tasks. Ensure timely delivery of work and communicate any issues affecting deadlines. Participate in continuous improvement of skills and adopt new technologies. Apply best practices and ensure safety and quality standards. Review code and conduct technical audits for quality assurance. Participate in software testing and maintain automated test environments. Collaborate on product integration and coordinate with other teams. Manage cloud (AWS) and on-premise infrastructure, ensuring scalability and security. Implement security policies and DevSecOps practices. Mentor team members and support professional development. Optimize cloud resource usage and control costs. Contribute to technical documentation and operational standards. Work with R&D to understand product design and operation. Manage ML lifecycle processes and pipelines. Conduct code reviews for Python projects and develop data pipelines. Deploy and manage microservices, ensuring their integration and performance. Configure monitoring systems and respond to incidents. Qualifications Postgraduate degree in relevant fields or 2 years of relevant experience. Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Google Professional DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer, CKA, or CI/CD tools certifications. Experience with MLOps, automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.), containers (Docker, Kubernetes). Minimum 7 years in roles involving software integration, scripting, DevOps practices, and cloud management. Additional Skills Strong collaboration and communication skills. Commitment to continuous improvement and security practices. Experience with ML projects and pipelines is a plus.
