We are seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead and manage a team of call center sales agents in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. This role focuses on achieving sales conversion, quality, and adherence KPIs, while ensuring a culture of coaching, accountability, and operational discipline. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership and communication skills with deep knowledge of outbound/inbound sales processes to consistently drive team performance and goal attainment. Act as the liaison between upper management and the sales team. Monitor and coordinate agent adherence, conversion rate, sales ratio, and QA alerts. Maintain strong organizational follow-up through structured coaching sessions. Identify weekly outliers, analyze root causes affecting performance, and apply the appropriate coaching tools and action plans. Track team performance and KPIs on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Support the team in meeting and exceeding sales targets through motivation, coaching, and direct feedback. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. English level: C1 or C2 (90% comprehension and fluency). Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or supervisory roles (preferred). Availability: Monday through Sunday (rotating shifts). 42 working hours per week. Skills and Specifications: Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, including proper grammar and fluency. Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes. Strong analytical mindset; data-driven and results-oriented. Ability to coach and motivate a team in a dynamic, performance-based environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
