The role We are thrilled to announce an opportunity to join our team as: Help Desk Analyst SoftwareOne Scope: Full-time | Office: Bogotá | On site How a day to day would look like in this role: Receive and log technical requests and incidents from users via phone, email, or ticketing system. Provide first-level support for hardware, software, connectivity, and access issues. Escalate complex cases to higher support levels and follow up until resolution. Document applied solutions and ensure compliance with response time SLAs. What we need to see from you Profile: Technician, technologist, or professional in Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. Experience providing first-level technical support as a Help Desk Analyst, handling user incidents and requests remotely.
