We embed into agencies to launch, scale, and stabilize their backend — from identity and positioning to web, tech, performance, and retention. We take over when delivery breaks. We acquire when alignment is too valuable to ignore. We also operate a portfolio of specialized agencies with their own direct-to-client presence. For these, we speak directly to founders and marketing leads — shaping perception, showcasing work, and driving demand. The Role What We Are Seeking You’ll lead outbound for one of our embedded agencies — a top-tier, luxury beauty branding agency backed by GOAT. That means anything from skincare, fragrance, haircare, cosmetics, derm-med, even apparel and wellness. Your focus is cold outreach: email first, but not only. You’ll also use LinkedIn, phone, and strategic follow-ups to start conversations with beauty brands that demand best-in-class. This isn’t spray and pray. It’s structured signal detection. You’ll identify the right targets, initiate the right touchpoints, and hand off at the right moment — with speed and clarity. You’ll work inside GOAT’s Growth & Marketing department, partnered directly with strategy and leadership. This role is the ignition point for the agency’s most valuable relationships. Key Responsibilities Engage in Cold Outreach Drive outbound across email, LinkedIn, and phone — with discipline, clarity, and a focus on high-fit beauty brands. Detect Signals Identify and prioritize the right contacts inside the right companies. Surface intent. Track patterns. Qualify Fast and Clean Move strategic prospects into our pipeline. Hand off to leadership at the right moment — with the right context. Refine the System Improve scripts and documentation, sharpen targeting, test new angles. Help evolve the outbound playbook as you go. Report What Matters Own your numbers. Track outreach, reply rates, meetings booked, and conversion signals. Represent the Brand You’ll be one of the first to speak in GOAT’s or any of our child agencies' voices. Carry the tone, own the message, and land it with weight. Ideal Profile Qualifications 1–3 years in outbound sales, partnerships, or growth roles. Fluent English — clear, confident, without a heavy accent . Sharp writer. Strong communicator. Proactive, persistent, process-driven. Comfortable making cold contact daily. Experience with CRMs (Pipedrive a plus). A strong interest in beauty is a must – the more robust, the better.
