This person will be responsible for designing an attractive and sustainable value proposition for couriers, ensuring both financial efficiency and strong operational performance Como Parte De Rappi, Serás Responsable De The Special Fleet Analyst will own the end-to-end incentive strategy and budget control for the Turbo Retail and Turbo Restaurants verticals, which operate with a specialized courier fleet. This role requires a strategic, analytical, and results-driven mindset to design impactful incentive programs while ensuring alignment with key financial metrics. Key Responsibilities Include Designing and executing the incentive strategy for specialized courier fleets. Managing and optimizing the courier earnings budget, ensuring alignment with financial and operational targets Developing and maintaining a differentiated value proposition that retains and motivates specialized couriers. Analyzing courier productivity, performance, and operational saturation to inform data-driven decisions on incentive adjustments and segmentation. Collaborating cross-functionally with product, strategy, and local operations teams to ensure effective execution. We’re Looking For Someone With Bachelor's degree: A bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field. Strong analytical and SQL expertise: Proficiency in SQL to gather, analyze, and interpret customer data, extract meaningful insights, and drive data-informed decision-making. Experience with data visualization tools is a plus Proven experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, strategy, or financial/data analysis related roles. Collaboration and influence: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
