Business Analys Wh at you will do : - Expand and challenge the way we provide service by going beyond our customers’ expectations through the design of our external and internal end-to-end operations with a focus on enabling the organization to deliver an amazing customer experience - Enable the organization through the implementation of end-to-end operations to develop trusted relationships with our customers, set expectations and deliver on promises and commitments. - Drive Operational Excellence through the communication and training of new / updated policies and processes to leaders, employees, and cross-functional / partner organizations - Collaborate and build relationships with system and business owners to ensure common understanding and drive process design - Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures - Collect, organize and display data in documents. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors / omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Portuguese, Spanish and English languages What you've done : - 5+ years of professional experience in process design, improvement, operational excellence in a Support or Consulting organization to ensure positive Customer Experience process. - 5+ years of professional experience working in a high availability, critical function delivery, SaaS-based technology company with matrix organizations - 3+ years of ambiguous environment and an effective communicator with strong influencing skills to drive change - 3+ years of experience building relationships with customers or stakeholders to achieve trusted advisor status It would be awesome if you also had : - Project Management certification with proven experience facilitating and coordinating large-scale and dynamic technical projects, with competing resources and priorities - Certification in process improvement, Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP), Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Process Excellence or equivalent Career Level - IC4 Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and / or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.
