Our compensation packages are among the best for their respective positions in all of Colombia and for good reason. **Key Responsibilities**: - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. - Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and paper-based. - Prepare, format, and proofread reports, correspondence, and other documents. - Assist in the preparation and submission of project documentation and compliance. - Serve as the primary point of contact for client and vendor inquiries. - Assist with project scheduling and coordination, including tracking project milestones and deadlines. - Serve as the primary point of contact for client and vendor inquiries. **Requirements**: - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - Minimum of 1 years of administrative experience, preferably in a construction or related industry. **Benefits** - Salary: $3.5M COP monthly - Full-time position with indefinite term labor contract - Location: Medellin - Hybrid role - Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours. - Collaborative work environment with opportunities for professional growth.
