We’re looking for a Client Admin to join our team in a part-time, remote position for US. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, can take ownership of projects, and thrives in a support role where building strong relationships with clients is key. About the Role As a Client Admin, you will act as the right hand of several business owners, ensuring their operations are well organized and aligned with their monthly and quarterly goals. You’ll be in charge of day-to-day follow-ups, tracking tasks, keeping business records in order, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. This is not just another administrative job—this is a proactive, client-facing role where your ability to plan ahead and manage multiple moving parts will directly impact the success of our clients. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate and lead weekly client meetings, prepare agendas, and send follow-ups. - Manage and follow up on clients’ monthly goals, tasks, and priorities. - Maintain updated and organized business records, files, and estimates. - Track sales, payments, invoices, and update bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online (QBO). - Ensure all open tasks are documented and followed up in Planner. - Stay on top of clients' CRM dashboards and business milestones. - Handle reminders, renewals, and administrative needs like permits, licenses, and insurance. - Support client communication, including reminders about networking, proposals, and deadlines. We’re Looking For Someone Who - Has excellent communication skills and is proactive in client interaction. - Can manage multiple client accounts and juggle competing priorities. - Is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and highly organized. - Is comfortable working independently but also collaboratively with a remote team. - Ideally has experience using tools like Planner, QuickBooks Online, Excel, and CRM systems. Job Type - Part-time (20–25 hours per week) From 11 am to 4 pm (then 5 or 6 hours a day) Why Join Us?
