This position supports the operational partners on Transportation, Supplier Quality Management and CQSS commercial Quality Shared Services, which provides cost effective services to all segments of J&J, leveraging common processes, procedures, and resources globally and in each region. The Commercial Quality Shared Services Supervisor acts as a quality partner to GTTO (Global Transportation and Trade Operations), supporting programs, ensuring robustness, efficiency, effectiveness in compliance with J&J STDs and local requirements. You will be responsible for: Defining, implementing and validating the Quality requirements and systems related to Transportation and Temperature control: Ensuring compliance to Temperature Control Technical Standard Serving as Temperature Control Subject Matter Expert (SME) for temperature control and humidity requirements and providing Quality input and guidance on Temperature Control and Humidity related issues to Commercial Quality and Operations partners Liaising with regional and global partners to develop programs enhancing the transportation quality service and compliance requirements. Liaising with Global Transportation organization and Commercial Quality for the investigation of temperature excursions and quality issues including subsequent remediation activities for inbound shipments to the region. Supporting health authority inspection, JJRC audit and any required follow-up action. Responsible for the quality oversight of all product quality holds and field actions related to transportation within LATAM Region under Shared Services responsibility. Cross-segment supplier quality management: Providing cross-segment supplier quality management services in accordance with standard purchasing controls procedures. Participating in enterprise and global supplier quality meetings to ensure meeting regulatory and quality requirements. Leading implementation of initiative projects to ensure compliance of cross-segment suppliers. Assures support provided as a core team member on enterprise projects related such as: Project Lighthouse and bids projects. Maintaining programs, procedures, and controls of the Quality Management System: Ensures that quality tools / IT systems are used according to the procedures. Consolidates and tracks metrics related to Quality to identify opportunities and establish consistent action plans. Supports training activities for the Quality Management System processes. Conducts and supports the activities related to Internal Audits, Quality Issues and Commitments. Requirements: Quality Assurance and QMS experience Experience with Quality Systems IT platforms (example: QEM and/or Change Control, Tru Vault, Summit) Warehouse/transportation Quality Operations for Pharm or Medical Devices products Experience with the regional demands of the role specifically: multi-cultural, multi-country, locations. Preferred - Experience with supplier audit. Preferred - Experience in leading project management (PMO) Education: Required: Undergraduate degree in pharmacy, engineering, or a scientific discipline.
