Why Join Us? • 100% Paid Training • Career Growth Opportunities • Competitive Base Salary + Performance-Based Bonuses • Excellent Work Environment • Indefinite-Term Contract & Job Stability Role Overview: • Drive strategic outreach and engage mid-to-enterprise-level prospects • Qualify and develop sales opportunities through the Microsoft Sales Framework (MSF) and MSP process • Apply consultative sales techniques to identify customer needs and offer tailored Microsoft solutions • Build and execute account/contact plans, manage a high volume of outreach, and conduct discovery calls • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM data using BANT qualification criteria • Lead opportunity progression through MSSP and CRM, ensuring timely updates and reporting • Collaborate with Microsoft specialists, partners, and internal teams to deliver high-value solutions • Convert inbound leads and generate outbound leads through strong relationship management • Be a trusted advisor by identifying pain points and aligning Microsoft’s ecosystem and services Requirements: • 5+ years in IT/software sales (2+ years in a senior role) • 4+ years of experience in account management • English B2+/C1 (spoken and written) • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills • Proven ability to close high-value deals and lead cross-functional collaboration • Experience with Outlook, O365, CRM systems, and virtual meeting tools • Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification required • Full-time availability & immediate start Schedules Available: • 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM • 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Additional Benefits: • Indefinite Contract (44 hours/week) • Performance Bonuses up to 1,800,000 COP • Growth in a Microsoft-centered, high-impact sales environment For Foreign Applicants: • Valid R or M Visa, passport, and PPT required Join a team where your voice matters.
