About This Opportunity This is a highly demanding role that requires strategic leadership and exceptional analytical skills to drive demand planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP;) cycle, ensuring alignment between sales forecasts and production capabilities. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to coordinate effectively with bottlers and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the S&OP; cycle, driving monthly demand reviews and supply chain constraint analysis. - Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasting models, incorporating customer insights and statistical analysis. - Distribute updated demand signals to production centers, ensuring timely delivery of products. - Analyze weekly sales trends, identifying deviations and proposing mitigation actions to minimize supply chain impacts. - Ensure order fulfillment and volume management according to agreed-upon timelines. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. - More than 5 years of experience in supply chain logistics and inventory control. - Advanced user of Microsoft Office and proficiency in SAP, Power BI, or APO. - Fluent English speaker; Spanish language skills preferred.
