Job Description We are seeking a seasoned Project Management Professional to lead our software delivery projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering high-quality projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. Main Responsibilities: - End-to-end management of projects, including scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risk, procurement, and stakeholder management. - Effective use of project management methodologies, processes, tools, techniques, and templates. - Define project tasks, prepare project plans, monitor, manage, and communicate project progress. - Manage project scope and scope changes, motivate teams, provide feedback, and represent the company in internal and external forums. - Proactively manage issues, provide visibility, and escalate internally as required. - Report project status to stakeholders accurately and on agreed frequency. - Measure quality and efficiency, provide lessons learned, and contribute to methodology improvements. Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of current proven experience as a PM leading teams and managing people in a matrix environment. - Experience working as a project manager for a consulting or software organization or similar delivering solutions to external clients. - Experience managing the full software SDLC, including discovery, design, and development of custom solutions. - Proven ability to manage complex and dynamic projects for external customers. - PMP Certification desirable. - Bachelor or Master's degree in systems engineering and related fields. - Proficient communication skills in English.
