Requirements & Qualifications - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum of 2 years in administrative support or customer service roles, preferably in financial services. - Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Proficiency in loan processing systems and standard office software. - Ability to document and implement new procedures effectively. - Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly. - **Amenable to work Monday to Friday between 8 AM to 5 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST)** Preferred Qualifications - Experience working in loan processing or financial services support roles. - Knowledge of lending regulations, loan products, and underwriting processes. - Certification in administrative or financial support functions. - Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools. **Experience**: - Customer Service: 2 years (required) - Administrative Support: 2 years (required) - Loan Processing: 1 year (required) **Language**: - English (required)
