We are seeking a new Bid Board Sales Representative to join our team! **Primary Responsibilities Will Include** - Informed and composed risk-tolerant disposition in pursuit of bid board load wins. - Analysis of live lane data, including carrier calls & quotes, confirming and leveraging present market rates. - The cost-effective pairing of specific trailer types aligned with dimensional and weight characteristics of loads. - Tender bids and carrier rate negotiations are driven by load dimensions, weight, and travel distances. - Effectively leverage FMCSA Hours of Service & Safety Regulations in maximizing productivity & profit. - Work closely with the US-based customer sales team in meeting customer needs and issue resolution **Required skills/qualifications**: - A minimum of 1 year of prior professional experience in a corporate environment - Strong communications skills (written and spoken) - Fluency in written and spoken English B2/C1 level or above - Proactive and strong attention to detail - Strong collaboration skills - Ability to multi-task in a highly dynamic environment - Familiar with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) Logistics Platforms. - Working knowledge of DAT, TruckStop & LoadLink Load Boards preferred but not required. - Broad logistics exposure (heavy haul/open deck/reefer) is preferred but not required. - Industry Experience in Dispatch, Track & Trace, or Carrier Sales preferred but not required - Attention to detail with a “can do” attitude and a “will do” work ethic - Sense of urgency relative to delivering quality work product **Incentives**: - Schedule Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM - Indefinite employment contract (including benefits) or contractor work agreement - US Holidays (our work is driven by US-based companies) - Barranquilla Office Location **Salary**: $2,600,000 - $4,000,000 per month Application Question(s): - What is your salary expectation? **Experience**: - two: 1 year (required)
