Discover a world of career possibilities with Sagan. Position Overview: Were hiring a self-sufficient Sourcing & Recruiting Coordinator to support a lean but high-performing recruiting team. You'll help drive fulfillment by taking on the sourcing, candidate coordination, and operational admin tasks that enable recruiters to move faster and smarter. This is an ideal role for someone whos organized, tech-savvy and understands how to move candidates through a US-style hiring process. Key Responsibilities: Source high-quality candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter. Manage candidate data entry and updates in the ATS (including Ashby). Write candidate summaries and submit profiles to recruiters and clients. Coordinate interview scheduling across time zones. Communicate with candidates (e.g., sending updates and rejection emails). Track recruiting activity and maintain pipeline hygiene. Support ad-hoc admin tasks for recruiters, including: > Invoicing and tracking > Coordinating kickoff calls > HubSpot management Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or sourcing. Strong command of English (written and spoken). Prior use of LinkedIn Recruiter. Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar). Highly organized and detail-oriented. Comfortable managing schedules, writing professional emails, and updating candidate records. Nice-to-Haves: Experience using an ATS (e.g., Ashby, Lever, Greenhouse, Workable). Background in candidate screening or pre-qualification. Understanding of US hiring standards (titles, formatting, tenure norms). Previous experience with a recruiting agency.
