The Claims Coordinator is an integral member of the Claims team and is responsible for the day to day administrative support of the Claims Team as well as the Media Finance vendors. This person should be self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn; with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize while maintaining a positive attitude. Responsibilities: Monitor and manage the Claims portal within Ansira Application Audit claims to ensure compliance within Brand Guidelines Approve claims for payment Soft decline claims and request additional information Decline claims for failure to follow Brand Guidelines Process claims for payment Provide support to Media Finance Accounting Clerks as needed Correspond with Account Manager team members, as needed Become fully educated and continue education upkeep with Ansira Technology, features and functionality Perform other duties, special projects and tasks, as needed Requirements: Fluent in English Exceptional organizational skills Ability to multi-task Detail oriented with a forensic mindset Ability and willingness to learn new systems, applications, and processes Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal and communications skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
