We're looking for a Technology Manager (GRC) to join Revolut in Colombia in order to manage projects and coordinate and collaborate with the Technology, Operations, and Product teams. Let's get in touch. **What you'll be doing** - Assessing initiatives that require relevant IT changes - Identifying dependencies, potential impacts, and risks - Ensuring risks are properly analysed, tested, and managed - Collaborating in change and transformation programmes - Taking ownership of assigned tasks and providing input to cross-functional teams - Building and optimising scalable processes to support business growth - Leading and executing projects end to end - Producing data-driven reports on service performance and risk - Using monitoring metrics such as SLAs, KRIs, and BCIs - Resolving issues with management and stakeholders **What you'll need** - Familiarity with Colombian Central Bank regulatory and security requirements, including cybersecurity, outsourcing, risk management, data risk - An understanding of Colombian Payment System regulatory, security, technology, and infrastructure requirements - In-depth knowledge of programme and project management methods and principles - A skill in breaking down complex problems into manageable components - Experience working effectively with data - Excellent risk-awareness and understanding of risk management frameworks, in particular “3 Lines of Defence” model for financial services - A background in performing or responding to IT audits - A proven track record of working in 1LOD as a Technology Manager in financial services - Experience with cloud technology, agile development, and DevOps - A broad understanding of the modern technology stack - Experience partnering with an executive team - A Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver results - A background in financial services, fintech, or a leading technology or IT services provider supporting the sector - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Problem-solving and decision-making skills - The ability to analyse complex information and identify key actions to drive resolution **_ We won't ask for payment or personal financial information during the hiring process._**_ If anyone does ask you for this, it’s a scam.
