As a Pricing Specialist in Latin America, you will analyze market data and user behavior to develop and execute pricing strategies for key categories, aiming to increase penetration, average spend, and sales, adapting categories to Rappi’s value proposition in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities include: Analyzing data to identify growth opportunities. Implementing improvements in strategic categories to boost sales and penetration. Researching market, competition, and user insights to propose new functionalities. Generating structured recommendations with action plans. Desired profile: Background in engineering, management, or related fields. Over 4 years of experience in CPGs, e-commerce, or retail. Ability to manage multiple tasks, proactive, and initiative-driven. Intermediate knowledge of Power BI and Excel; SQL/Python are a plus. Interest in tech environment and Rappi services. Languages: fluency in one (Spanish, English, or Portuguese) and basic understanding of another. Target companies and titles: CPGs: P&G, Unilever, Nutresa, Coca-Cola, etc. Retailers: Éxito, Cencosud, Jerónimo Martins. Consultancies: Nielsen, Kantar, dunnhumby.
