Job Summary Reconcile financial data, manage reporting and optimize processes. - Key Responsibilities: - Manage and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions, process improvements, and collaboration with finance teams. Day-to-Day Tasks 1. Oversee reconciliation of payments and accounts receivable to ensure accurate accounting system updates. 2. Prepare monthly bank statements and reconcile data for budget planning purposes. 3. Perform daily cash reconciliations and verify accuracy of transactions. 4. Collaborate with team members on resolving audit-related issues and maintaining documentation. Requirements and Qualifications - Proficiency in Excel, experience with reconciliations, and minimum three years in a related field. - Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field. - Excellent English communication skills (B1-B2 level). - Knowledge of accounting and financial principles.
