If you live in Bogota, Barranquilla, Cali, have at least 6 months of experience or relevant coursework, and possess a good level of English, we'd love to meet you! 🌟 💼 Position: Accounting Clerk 📋 Responsibilities: ✅ Process and record incoming (Accounts Receivable) and outgoing payments (Accounts Payable). ✅ Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts. ✅ Prepare and send customer invoices, following up on outstanding balances. ✅ Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. ✅ Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records. ✅ Assist with month-end closing procedures. ✅ Support audits and financial reporting as needed. ✅ Perform general administrative and clerical tasks related to accounting. ⏰ Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Colombia Time, CST). ✅ Requirements: English level: Advanced (B2-C1). At least 6 months of experience in accounting, AR/AP, or relevant coursework. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar). Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and integrity in handling financial data. Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
