Job Description - Training Lab Manager Radware is a leading provider of cyber security and application delivery solutions. We are looking for a highly skilled Training Lab Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong system engineering background and excellent communication and presentation skills. They will be responsible for the ongoing management, development and delivery of Radware's Application Delivery Controller (ADC) solutions, Attack Mitigation Solutions (AMS) and Radware Cloud solutions to customers, partners and internal teams. Duties/Responsibilities: - Install, configure, implement, upgrade and support training labs around the world. - Manage lab assignments from scheduling to completion. - Perform routine lab tests and monitor lab equipment. - Troubleshoot lab issues. - Create and update lab assignments for Radware solutions. - Develop lab automation tools for efficient lab utilization. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Technology or Computer Science field or equivalent experience. - Excellent presentation skills. - Knowledge of HTTP, HTTPS, IP/TCP, Networking, OSI model, Routing and Routing protocols. - Layer 4-7 switching. - Technical writing and speaking skills in English. - Independent problem-solver with ability to work well unsupervised. - Valid passport with ability to travel to the US and other countries when needed. Recommended Skills: - Experience in technical training development and delivery. - Adult Learning Methodologies. - Applicable certifications. - Knowledge of Linux OS. - Experience with Application Servers. - Knowledge in creating training lab exercises. - Knowledge in writing code and developing lab automation protocols. *[ ]:
