Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks for testing purposes. - Lead and coordinate the automation testing strategy for various IT projects. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and quality objectives. - Review existing test cases and enhance them through automation, ensuring comprehensive test coverage. - Mentor and train team members in automation best practices and tools. - Analyze test results to identify defects and work closely with development teams to resolve issues. - Champion quality initiatives and drive the implementation of automation tools and processes across the organization. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Extensive experience in automation testing, including proficiency in tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Cucumber. - Strong knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) for test automation. - Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies and QA processes. - Proven ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Advanced English proficiency.
