Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. This role is critical in identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients, contributing to sales growth and pipeline development. Main Responsibilities: - Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, social media, and other channels. - Engage with current, former, and prospective customers to build relationships and identify sales opportunities. - Audit leads against specific criteria to determine sales potential, ensuring efficient use of the sales teams time. - Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM. Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or customer outreach, preferably in a remote sales environment. - Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills (bilingual in Spanish is a plus). - Experience using CRM software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, and sales tools like RingCentral and Helpwise. - Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently. - Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets through lead generation and appointment setting.
