This role is ideal for professionals with experience in email marketing development, a solid understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and strong communication skills in both Spanish and English. You’ll be part of a dynamic and supportive remote team, working on personalized, data-driven campaigns that impact thousands of users. We're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and brings both technical expertise and strategic thinking to the table. - Develop and execute email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hub Spot, or Klaviyo - Build responsive, dynamic email templates using HTML, CSS, and scripting tools like AMPscript or SSJS - Perform audience segmentation using SQL and manage data extensions - Set up campaign logic and automation to ensure performance and scalability - Run A/B testing, track results, and optimize campaigns accordingly - Ensure high standards in email deliverability, compliance, and QA - Collaborate with marketing, development, and operations teams - Support platform integrations and troubleshoot cross-tool issues Qualifications - 2–3 years of hands-on experience in email marketing or campaign development - Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly preferred - Working knowledge of tools like Hub Spot or Klaviyo is a plus - Proficiency in HTML is required; SQL, AMPscript, or SSJS are a plus - Ability to work and communicate effectively in both Spanish and English - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills - Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fully remote environment - 100% remote role based in Colombia - USD $2,000/month as a contractor - Be part of a growing, inclusive, and innovative marketing team - Opportunities to grow your technical and strategic skill set - A supportive culture that values collaboration, creativity, and ownership How to Apply Apply here or send your resume to ana.aa@alliedglobal.com .
