English - Fully fluent Responsibilities and more: Remote – LATAM-based candidates encouraged to apply Contract-based position (monthly base rate + commissions, USD) Full-time, aligned with U.S. business hours We’re hiring a Client Solutions Specialist for one of our partners in the language services industry.This mid-level position is ideal for someone with solid experience in research, proposal coordination, and client engagement - especially in contexts involving U.S. public sector or service-based industries. You’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities, supporting proposal development, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to deliver high-quality, compliant solutions for government clients. What you’ll do * Monitor U.S. government procurement platforms to identify RFPs, RFQs, and grant opportunities for language services. * Review solicitation documents and support the preparation of compliant proposals. * Coordinate internally with Sales, Operations, Legal, and Finance to meet deadlines. * Research and map potential clients (e.g., school districts, hospitals, courts, local/federal agencies). * Conduct targeted outreach to address specific sector needs. * Track leads and opportunities using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). * Prepare regular reports on open bids, deadlines, and revenue potential. * Assist in testing new service offerings and pricing models. What you bring * 2–4 years of experience in roles involving proposal coordination, business development, or public procurement processes (experience in the language industry is a plus). * Strong research and analytical skills with high attention to detail. * Excellent written communication in English - proposal and email writing are core tasks. * Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines. * Fully bilingual in English and Spanish. * Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Brevo, or similar).
