Job summary Our client is an international online gaming company offering sports betting and casino services, with a significant presence in Latin America. Qualifications - 3+ years as a billing/payments manager/specialist in online payments (iGaming industry is preferable); - Confident in dealing with numbers and processing of financial/transactional information; - Advanced-level user of Microsoft Excel; - Good understanding of online payments technical integrations, funnels, flows; - Experience in written and oral communication with foreign customers or partners; - Deep understanding of payment and transactional systems and services; - Upper-Intermediate English proficiency. Responsibilities - Make sure that payment methods work properly, escalate issues to respective providers and teams; - Monitor and analyze acceptance rates of different payment methods/providers/cashiers and make decisions as to which payment method to enable/disable and which volumes to process on each; - Ensure sufficient available balance across different payment methods to process withdrawals, initiate top-ups, and analyze the cost structure of each method; - Review and create backup/contingency and emergency plans; - Create monitoring guidelines and procedures for monitoring and support teams; - Report daily and weekly payments activities and issues to the Head of Operations; - Assist with the integration of new payment providers/methods; - Suggest product/flow improvements (e.g. validation fields, placeholders on forms); - Handle requests from customer support and VIP payment delays/issues; - Test new payment methods integrations/deployments; - Work with BI team to create predictive analytics models to forecast multifactor hypothetical scenarios; - Lead and manage the payments operational specialists.
