The role: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media platforms, coordinating property advertising, and ensuring the accuracy of property listings across various platforms. This role requires collaboration with multiple departments and external freelancers to maintain a strong and consistent brand presence. Qualifications: Advanced English level. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, property management marketing , or a similar role. Strong knowledge of listing platforms such as Zillow, Yardi and RentCafe. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel and SharePoint). Basic photo editing skills (e.g., Adobe Photoshop or Canva). Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Matterport or similar virtual tour technologies. Familiarity with property management or real estate industry. Background in coordinating with cross-functional teams and freelancers. Knowledge of advertising performance metrics and reporting tools. Responsibilities: Property Advertising Coordination Collaborate with the Regional Property Supervisors (RPS) and various departments to gather detailed information on properties and identify those ready for advertising. Coordinate with Yardi and Zillow to ensure timely and accurate ad placements, and resolve any issues related to property listings. Work closely with photographers and relevant departments to secure necessary assets (photos, floor plans, 3D tours) and ensure all elements required for listings are properly organized and ready for use. Asset Management and Organizational Support Manage and organize all property marketing assets, including photos, Matterport virtual tours, and other digital materials, in SharePoint and spreadsheets for easy access and sharing. Edit photos as needed to maintain high-quality standards for marketing purposes. RentCafe Listings Management Oversee and update RentCafe listings to ensure they are accurate, complete, and visually appealing. Verify that all property details are up-to-date, including descriptions, amenities, photos, and any additional relevant information. Coordinate with the IT team when necessary to ensure that listings in RentCafe are in sync with Yardi and are accurately reflected on Zillow and other advertising platforms. Administrative and Reporting Tasks Track and monitor all Zillow ads and RentCafe listings, identifying and reporting any issues or discrepancies. Prepare and maintain regular reports on ad performance, property status, and updates to provide insights to the team and assist with strategic planning.
