Associate Quality Designer Role We're looking for an Associate Quality Designer to join our FC team. In this position, you'll input into our quality processes and help establish best practices with our leadership team. You will build the quality plan for FC QA, reporting to the QA Development Manager and partnering directly with the Producer and/or Designer. Main Responsibilities: - Build relationships with development, production, and design teams. - Promote a higher quality player experience through feature planning, analyzing internal data/player data, and feature/design reviews. - Test the game, report bugs, and provide feedback on features to improve the quality of the game for our players. - Review quality strategy and test plans for assigned areas. - Support identification of technical solutions and automation opportunities. - Utilize data to drive a data-focused, predictable verification strategy. - Promote improvements and knowledge sharing across FC QA teams. - Provide progress and status updates through reporting or verbal communication. Qualifications: - 3+ years of applicable work experience. - Experience with FC, open-world games, or soccer, with a player-first mentality. - Experience making data-driven decisions regarding game design. - Experience working in an embedded, integrated product team.
