What you will do We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Manual Engineer to join our dynamic team. The idealcandidate will have extensive experience in manual testing,particularly in testing reporting and web applications. Whileexpertise in manual testing is crucial, knowledge and experiencewith automation testing are highly preferred. Responsibilities -Manual Testing: Plan, design, and execute comprehensive manualtesting strategies for reporting and web applications to ensuretheir quality and reliability. - Test Case Creation: Developdetailed test cases, test scripts, and test data to cover varioustesting scenarios. - Defect Identification: Identify and reportsoftware defects, working closely with developers to resolve issuesefficiently. - Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing toensure that new features and enhancements do not negatively impactexisting functionality. - Test Documentation: Create and maintaintest documentation, including test plans, test cases, and testreports. - Automation Integration: Collaborate with the automationtesting team to integrate automated tests into the testing process. - Performance Testing: Participate in performance testingactivities to assess system scalability and stability. -Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, includingdevelopers, product managers, and business analysts, to ensurehigh-quality software delivery. Requirements and technical skills -Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or arelated field. - 5+ years of professional experience in manualtesting. - Strong expertise in testing reporting and webapplications. - Knowledge and experience in automation testingusing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar. - Proficiency increating and executing test plans and test cases. - Familiaritywith testing methodologies, test management tools, and defecttracking systems. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to workboth independently and collaboratively in a team environment. -Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
