Role It’s a hands-on role best suited for recent grads or early-career designers who are ready to dive into real product work. You’ll collaborate directly with our CEO and Lead UI/UX Designer to launch features that matter. What You’ll Be Doing Design and iterate on user interfaces for our products. Create wireframes, mockups, and polished UIs in Figma. Work closely with product and engineering teams to bring features to life. Improve usability and user experience based on real feedback. Learn fast and contribute from day one. Who This Is For You’ve already graduated and have some experience (freelance, bootcamp, agency, or startup). You’re eager to grow, open to feedback, and excited to work with senior leaders. You have a portfolio that shows solid design thinking. You’re comfortable with Figma or can learn it quickly. You want to work in a collaborative, remote-first team that values simplicity, autonomy, and great design. You Must Be proficient in English - accents are welcome, but strong communication is essential. Know how to use Figma confidently. Have some hands-on experience with UI/UX (freelance, bootcamp, projects) and a solid grasp of design fundamentals. Be adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. Be coachable - open to feedback and eager to improve. Be proactive, accountable, and self-disciplined in your work.
