Job description: **Revit Drafter - Large-Scale Architectural Projects NYC** We are seeking a highly capable **Revit Drafter** with a proven track record in large-scale architectural projects. You’ll work on complex residential and commercial designs with mínimal supervision, while maintaining excellent communication and precision. This is an opportunity for someone who takes ownership of their work and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. **What You’ll Be Doing** Drafting floor plans, elevations, and sections using Revit for large residential, mixed-use, and commercial buildings Interpreting markups and making updates independently Coordinating with the project lead to ensure all documentation meets code and design standards Delivering clean, detail-rich, construction-ready drawing sets **You’re a Great Fit If You Have**: 5+ years of professional Revit drafting experience Experience working on large, complex projects (multi-unit residential, commercial, or mixed-use) Strong skills in technical documentation, detailing, and architectural assemblies Solid knowledge of building codes, including the International Building Code (IBC) Familiarity with NYC Zoning Resolution and NYC Building Code (strong plus) Ability to work independently, manage markups efficiently, and follow direction with mínimal input Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of organization, self-motivation, and problem-solving capability **Why Work With Us** You’ll be part of a lean, efficient team where your contributions directly impact the success of meaningful, large-scale projects.
