Job summary We are looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Customer Success Manager (CSM) to help our customers get lasting value from our data platforms and predictive tools. Responsibilities - Own the customer calendar. Your core responsibility is to proactively schedule and lead regular strategic conversations—not to pitch, but to listen, learn, and support. - Act as a trusted partner to pharma customers, maintaining regular touchpoints and a clear understanding of their strategic goals - Lead or support onboarding and training sessions to drive early product adoption - Identify customer pain points and evolving priorities to inform ongoing engagement - Share insights and feedback from the customers with internal teams to guide product development and strategy - Respond to customer needs with urgency, clarity and sound judgment - Partner with Sales and fellow CSMs to support renewals and uncover expansion opportunities - Contribute to process improvements that strengthen retention and customer satisfaction - Keep detailed, accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and renewal status in Salesforce Qualifications - 2+ years in a Customer Success, Account Management, or customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS or life sciences - A strong track record of initiating and maintaining regular client engagement — not just reactive support - Excellent communication skills and confidence leading strategic discussions - High energy, self-motivation, and discipline in a remote setting - Curiosity to deeply understand customer needs and how our products align - Comfort working across time zones and collaborating remotely - Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools Benefits - Fully Remote: Work from anywhere with autonomy and flexibility - Mission-Driven Work: Support pharma companies with solutions that matter - Small Team, Big Impact: Collaborate directly with leadership and product teams - Independent Contractor Role: Freedom and responsibility in a contract-based structure Descripción del trabajo Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet , consectetur adipiscing elit.
