Responsibilities - Monitor employee performance daily through KPI dashboards. - Conduct internal audits to identify deviations from procedures. - Analyze performance data and share insights with QA leadership to enhance KPIs. - Identify training needs based on performance trends and coordinate with the training team. - Apply QA tools to ensure adherence to account procedures and quality standards. - Participate in internal and external calibration sessions to maintain audit consistency. - Lead or assist in quality training sessions for team members. - Prepare and maintain up-to-date quality management documentation (Flowcharts, SOPs, JDs). - Collaborate in monthly planning sessions with QA leadership to align on business objectives. - Provide timely feedback to team members when major non-conformities are detected.
