About the Role "> The main objective of this position is to design engaging digital assets that elevate our clients' brand presence. You will execute creative briefs, develop storyboards, and bring in art direction and best practices from across the web and social media platforms. This role requires a high degree of creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with teams to develop innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities - Design social ads for performance advertising - Manage art direction for multiple clients, including building digital assets, templates, and inspiration boards - Work on multiple clients' ad creatives each week to build extensive libraries for each funnel stage - Lead the design of responsive landing pages Requirements and Qualifications - A strong portfolio showcasing strengths in typography, design, visual storytelling, campaign concept creation, and art direction across all mediums - Strong understanding of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite - Exceptional art direction and typography skills - Incredibly detail-oriented - Open and receptive to creative direction and design feedback - Someone who works backward on a problem before moving forward towards a solution - Understanding of leading social platforms and the responsive web - Experience working with eCommerce and DTC brands We Offer Lilo Social is a growth marketing agency focused on full-funnel marketing delivering best-in-class paid media and creative services for a wide range of eCommerce brands.
