Infrastructure Project Manager Level 1 Important company in the technology sector requires for its team an Infrastructure Project Manager Level 1 with at least 10+ years of experience performing the following responsibilities: Draw up, monitor, and manage the successful completion of action plans and associated schedules for a medium-scale project or a subset of a large-scale project (about 4-8 people). Represent the interests of all the Teams involved. Manage project(s) in accordance with the defined project management rules while ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and deadline terms and conditions described in the service contract. Monitor the equipment, hardware, and software deployment. Assist the Project Director with production management and validation. Prepare monitoring bodies. Manage and monitor risks. Collaborate with different partners of the project for information necessary to create a schedule with an upgrade for the project components. Draft progress reports including the updated schedule and identify and list any critical points and/or blockages detected. Create a summary report of this information for the Project Director. Propose solutions necessary to resolve or work around blockings (workarounds). Propose and position the suitable reporting tool for each project component. Integrate equipment deployment and the migration percentage of the production flows into monitoring. Assist the Project Director with the analysis of the management and communication documents / lead the stakeholders in deployment. Update all project deployment documentation. Identify, make an inventory of, and codify all documents created by the team for the project. Participate in project monitoring meetings (deployment committee) and draft the minutes. Prepare the agenda for these committees and draw up preparatory documents. Participate in any working group set up for the project. Identify and analyse risks, and implement actions to eliminate or reduce them. Alert the Project Director of any risks detected that could jeopardise the project's objectives (perimeters / deadlines / costs). Quality control on delivered products and on all delivery processes.
