Job Description As a Legal Administrative Assistant, you’ll provide vital administrative support, evaluate client claims, and manage case information to streamline operations and ensure efficient client onboarding—all while contributing to a mission-driven legal team making a global difference. Job Overview Employment Type: Full-time Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (Weekends off) Work Setup: Permanent Work-from-Home Your Daily Tasks Interview prospective clients by phone and email to become familiar with their cases. Conduct basic research to investigate whether claims have merit. Evaluate prospective clients’ claims for alignment with the firm's areas of practice. Schedule initial consultation appointments with attorneys. Onboard new clients by preparing paperwork and assembling case files. Enter client information into computer systems. Network with law firms in other specialties to grow referral partnerships. Perform assigned administrative support tasks. Requirements The Qualifications We Seek Experience: Minimum 2+ years as a Legal Assistant or in a related role. Language: C1 English level (advanced proficiency).
