About the Role We are seeking a skilled Payroll and HR Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to line managers and employees in the Americas region. Responsibilities: - Full Cycle Payroll Processing: You will be accountable for processing payroll for assigned countries, including Argentina, Chile, Colombia, and other smaller employment bases. - Compliance and Reporting: Accurately and timely complete monthly compliance and statutory government reporting for LATAM countries. - HR Advisory: Serve as a trusted HR professional adviser for line managers and employees, providing consistent advice and guidance on HR and payroll matters. Requirements: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience: At least 2-3 years of generalist HR/payroll experience, with a depth of knowledge on complex and specialist HR and payroll issues. - Skills: Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and technical skills in payroll processing and reporting for LATAM countries.
