Job Description Under the direction of the Director of Cybersecurity Delivery Office, the Regional Security Manager protects employees and assets in multiple forms within LATAM, by providing advice and counsel to internal customers and Security Coordinators. To do this, the Regional Security Manager can foresee emergent conditions and develop cost-effective and proactive solutions. Your Responsibilities: - Identify security and Crisis Management related processes in the LATAM Region to reduce risks, respond to incidents, and limit exposure to liability in all areas of physical, information, and personal risk. - Lead LATAM region crisis management tabletop exercises annually. - Assess security and emergency risks for Rockwell Automation facilities, employees, executives, and other assets in multiple forms. - Ensure the implementation of facility security projects for all new or retrofitted company locations in the LATAM Region. - Maintain the Crisis Management program in the LATAM Region and interface with the CISO/Global Security function. - Provide security training and awareness consistent with CISO/Global Security program content. - Perform and ensure RA and third-party security assessments are performed in the LATAM Region as assigned. - Be accountable for global technology solutions and security management techniques to safeguard assets and correct security vulnerabilities, while ensuring the efficient use of personnel, financial resources, and equipment. - Develop relationships with high-level law enforcement and international security counterparts in the LATAM Region, including in-country security and international security agencies, intelligence, and private sector counterparts worldwide. - Develop partnerships with senior location managers, executives, operations managers, corporate audit, human resources, and other main functions within the region to enhance security programs. - Assist from the Global Security staff and external partners to provide travel security program oversight/support for all employees within LATAM, including facilitating executive protection for traveling senior executives. - Lead the LATAM Region's location security coordinator program, communicate guidance, and facilitate detailed training programs related to the protection of people and assets. - Participate in and support sensitive investigations with the Director of Global Security, CISO, and Ombudsman in the LATAM Region. - Determine the need for regional emergency response plan changes and new ISO 900 Level Procedures, ensuring proper format and content. - Lead the LATAM region Secure Desk Program and provide monthly and annual metrics. The Essentials - You Will Have: - Degree in Security, Business Administration, International Relations, or related fields. - Certifications in risk management, corporate security, or executive protection (CPP, PSP, CISSP). The Preferred - You Might Also Have: - 8+ years of experience in corporate security and crisis management. - 5+ years of experience in risk assessment and asset protection. - Experience developing comprehensive security strategies. - Experience in crisis training and scenario coordination. - Expertise in security auditing and vulnerability analysis. - Knowledge of ISO regulations and global security standards. - Background in travel security management and executive protection. - Proficiency in advanced security technologies and solutions.
