This role will serve as the back-end process owner, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, gather requirements, and implement scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform suite, with a passion for process improvement and innovation. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement automated solutions using Microsoft 365 and Power Automate. Maintain and optimize existing Power Automate workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation into existing systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated workflows. Provide training and support to end-users on automation tools and processes. Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates and recommend best practices for implementation. Skills and Qualifications Required: High School Diploma or GED. 3+ years of experience in the PEO industry (preferred). Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Automate, and Python. Excellent cross-functional collaboration, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats. High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Flexibility to work beyond standard hours when necessary. Preferred: Associate degree. Experience with Power Apps and the broader Power Platform suite. Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
